CONTACT FORM — When you use our contact form we collect your name, e-mail address and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). EMAIL AND TELEPHONE — If you contact us directly, we process the details you provide in order to respond and manage our business relationship.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship is established, in which case data is retained for the duration of that relationship and any legal retention periods that apply.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by our website and e-mail hosting provider (IONOS SE) acting as our processor. We may disclose data where required by law.
